• Lead strategy and execution for email and SMS programs, including segmentation, personalization, copywriting, design, and A/B testing.
• Manage HubSpot for marketing campaigns: list segmentation, setup, workflows, and reporting; ensure clean data and effective opt-out processes.
• Own website strategy and performance: oversee SEO, local/GEO optimization, UX, content updates, and maintain a content calendar.
• Write, edit, and publish mission-aligned content (blogs, case studies, articles) and optimize for SEO.
• Track and report on email, SMS, website, and SEO performance; use insights to refine campaigns and support business growth.
