About the role

  • Sleed, an e-business digital marketing agency with 15 years of field experience, awarded for the 4th time as e-business and e-commerce agency of the year, 250+ industry awards, premier partnerships with Google & Meta, is looking to fill a mid-level position for a CRM Specialist to support our performance and data teams in implementing CRM strategies across client accounts.
  • The ideal candidate will be skilled in marketing automation, customer lifecycle optimization, and collaborating with performance marketers to drive engagement and ROI.
  • Implement and optimize CRM setups like workflows, lead scoring and nurturing funnels across client accountsDevelop segmentation strategies and automation to enhance client lifecycle and retention campaigns
  • Clean, audit, and enhance CRM databases to maintain quality and GDPR compliance
  • Collaborate with performance marketing, creatives, and content teams to plan and execute email/mobile and retargeting campaigns
  • Build dashboards and reports (e.g. CLTV, MQLs, conversion rates) and present actionable insights to internal stakeholders and clients
  • Coordinate CRM integrations and troubleshoot issues
  • Train teams and clients on CRM best practices and platform usage

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in CRM marketing or marketing automation (preferably within an agency or fast‑paced environment)
  • Hands‑on experience with Contact Pigeon, Moosend, Klaviyo and Mailchimp. Hubspot and Salesforce are a plus
  • Knowledge of segmentation, personalization tactics, customer journey mapping, and automation flows
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; basic SQL or CRM data querying skills are a plus
  • Strong collaboration skills, able to coordinate with performance marketing and sales teams
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Experience managing multiple client projects with CRM dependencies
