About the role
- Huzzle connects high-performing B2B sales professionals with global companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Australia
- Marketing Manager role focused on B2B technology, SaaS, or digital-first industries to drive demand generation and brand positioning
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, paid ads, content, social media, events)
- Collaborate with sales to deliver high-quality leads and marketing-qualified opportunities
- Create content for product launches, case studies, blogs, and thought leadership
- Monitor KPIs, analyse performance, and optimise campaigns for ROI
- Oversee brand consistency and manage marketing budgets
- Hiring process includes application, short video screen, face-to-face interview, admission to talent pool, and client final interview
Requirements
- 3-6+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology industries
- Proven track record in demand generation, campaign management, and lead nurturing
- Strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar)
- Excellent copywriting and content development skills
- Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and reporting on KPIs
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in remote, fast-paced environments
