About the role

  • Develop, execute, and optimize multi-touch digital marketing demand generation campaigns for the B2B buyer journey
  • Create, implement, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns, including SEO, PPC, and social media advertising
  • Track and evaluate KPIs such as conversion rates, cost per lead, and engagement to optimize marketing spend
  • Collaborate with Web Developers on website and page layout optimization
  • Support A/B testing, landing page improvements, and chatbot enhancements to drive lead conversions
  • Partner with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
  • Manage and segment client and prospect database and leverage data insights to improve engagement and lead quality
  • Perform other duties supporting overall objectives of the position

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in B2B digital marketing demand generation with demonstrated success in lead generation and pipeline growth
  • Experience with social media, email, SEO, PPC, and retargeting
  • Experience with Salesforce and Pardot is a plus
  • Knowledge of the B2B Digital buyer’s journey and familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Proficient in data analytics and tactical execution
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and support growth through lead generation and pipeline contribution
