Performance Marketing

• Own and drive Sidetrade’s global demand generation strategy, with a clear mandate to grow pipeline and accelerate revenue across all segments
• Build and lead a high-performing demand generation team, covering digital marketing, content, field events, paid media, SEO/SEM and marketing operations
• Partner closely with Sales leadership to align on pipeline targets, campaign prioritisation, and account-based marketing (ABM) programmes
• Define and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns (email, paid social, content syndication, webinars, events) across Europe and North America
• Develop and scale an ABM motion, working with Sales to target strategic enterprise accounts with personalised, high-impact programmes
• Own the marketing technology stack (Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense or similar) and ensure best-in-class data hygiene, attribution and reporting
• Build and present rigorous pipeline and ROI reporting to the CMO and Executive team, with full accountability for MQL to Closed–Won metrics

VP, Demand Generation

Account Executive

• You will be a key player to drive net new business sales into SMB accounts
• Educate people over the phone, earn the prospect’s trust, gain a deep understanding of the prospect’s business goals and articulate our SaaS software benefits with the prospect’s context
• Manage the sales cycle from the conversion of meetings into opportunities to securing a deal on the long term
• Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
• Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships

Business Development Rep

• **What you’ll be doing:**
• - Conduct outbound prospecting through email, phone, social channels, and sequences to target ideal customer profiles (ICPs).
• - Qualify inbound leads and follow up promptly to assess needs, buying intent, and fit.
• - Build and manage a healthy pipeline of early‑stage opportunities for Account Executives (AEs) or Regional Sales Managers (RSMs)
• - Engage prospects to understand their challenges, pain points, and objectives.
• - Deliver compelling value propositions tailored to the buyer persona (e.g., CTO, CMO, CFO, Operations).

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning and intake meetings to offer negotiation and onboarding handover
• Hire across multiple roles including Go-To-Market, Tech, Product, Data, and G&A
• Develop a deep understanding of Sidetrade’s business, culture, and growth roadmap
• Act as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and leadership
• Challenge and refine hiring needs, role scopes, and profiles based on market insight
• Provide regular updates, pipeline reporting, and hiring recommendations
• Build proactive pipelines using direct sourcing, LinkedIn, referrals, and talent mapping
• Attract passive candidates in highly competitive SaaS / AI markets

Customer Success Manager

• Own a portfolio of large, complex enterprise customers, engaging at CFO, Finance Director, Shared Services and Transformation Lead level
• Act as a strategic O2C and Working Capital advisor, leveraging prior consulting experience to guide customers through business change
• Translate AI-driven insights, predictive analytics and automation into clear financial and operational impact (DSO, cash-in, productivity, risk)
• Lead value-based success plans, defining ROI, KPIs and success metrics aligned to customer business objectives
• Facilitate executive business reviews, customer innovation workshops and value realization sessions
• Partner closely with Sales on renewals, upsell and expansion, contributing a strong commercial and value-led narrative
• Serve as the voice of the customer, influencing Product and AI roadmap discussions based on enterprise use cases
