Customer Success Manager

• Use your Customer Success and leadership skills and good Order-to-Cash knowledge to manage and grow the Customer Success Team in charge of North America.
• Be the main point of contact between the company and a set of named enterprise accounts
• Leverage your Customer Success and Order-to-Cash experience to provide insights to customers and ensure that they get the most out of the Sidetrade solution(s) they use
• Understand each customer’s outcomes by communicating with key stakeholders, analyze customer health metrics, provide insights that will lead to success
• Understand and support the customers’ Order-to-Cash KPIs, strategic objectives and Credit Management landscape
• Be the voice of the customer when dealing with the other Sidetrade Departments (Product Management, Professional Services, Sales, Finance and Support)
• Gauge customers' levels of engagement with the company and provide feedback to the other teams regarding product and service improvements
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to ensure they meet performance goals and deliver high-quality support to customers
• Identify upsell and cross- sell opportunities and collaborate closely with the Sales team to support renewals and expansion opportunities

AVP, Customer Success

Account Manager

• Own and manage a portfolio of existing ezyCollect customers globally.
• Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across products, modules, usage and regions.
• Run a full consultative upsell cycle: discovery, solutioning, commercials, negotiation and close.
• Manage pricing discussions, contract variations and renewals in collaboration with the CRO.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders (CFOs, Financial Controllers, AR leaders, Operations).
• Position ezyCollect as a strategic advisor, clearly articulating ROI and business impact.
• Support clients through change as their business scales or evolve.
• Partner closely with the Customer Success team to identify the right opportunities with the right clients.
• Work with GTM & Marketing to run targeted campaigns that generate CSQLs. This may include self-run webinars, promotions, client events and account-based initiatives.
• Act as the voice of the customer, providing structured feedback to Product and Engineering.
• Maintain accurate notes, opportunities, forecasts and activity in the CRM.
• Ensure all commercial and administrative tasks are completed to a high standard.

Account Manager – APAC

Account Executive

• You will be a key player to drive net new business sales into SMB accounts.
• Educate people over the phone, earn the prospect’s trust, gain a deep understanding of the prospect’s business goals and articulate our SaaS software benefits with the prospect’s context.
• Build momentum through structured discovery, solution mapping, objection handling, and deal progression.
• Manage the sales cycle from the conversion of meetings into opportunities to securing a deal on the long term.
• Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
• Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships.
• Convert qualified leads into new customers through a structured, consultative sales process.
• Run compelling product demos (virtual or in person) that connect customer pain points to measurable business value.
• Craft tailored proposals and commercial agreements that align with customer needs.
• Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene, forecasting discipline, and CRM updates (HubSpot).
• Work closely with BDRs, Partner Managers, and Sales Leadership to refine closing strategies.

Account Executive – APAC

Marketing Operations

• Define and own the multi-year roadmap for AI-powered marketing operations, aligned to revenue targets and approved at exec level.
• Set the standard for what constitutes a production-grade agent at Sidetrade: Evaluation suites, guardrails, observability, and retirement criteria.
• Advise the CMO and CEO on emerging AI capabilities and their commercial implications for pipeline and revenue.
• Lead delivery of production agents for lead scoring, enrichment, MQL handoff, prospection, and revenue attribution, co-owned with Sales, BDRs, and Demand Gen.
• Replace at least five manual marketing workflows with production agents in the first 18 months, with documented time savings and quality parity or better.
• Own prompt libraries, tool definitions, and evaluation suites that govern agent quality across the team.
• Stand up and own the observability layer: cost per task, accuracy, drift, human escalation rate.
• Report the performance of the agentic layer monthly to the exec team and quarterly to the board.
• Quantify pipeline and revenue influenced by AI-driven workflows; defend the numbers.
• Own and manage the Martech stack: Marketo, Salesforce, Salesloft, 6Sense, ZoomInfo, Cognism, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LetSignIt, Asana, Kinsta, GoToWebinar, Wistia, Google GTM, Search Console, Analytics, Ads, Zapier, Proofjump.
• Cut the stack by at least 25% on cost or tool count in the first 18 months against measurable value.
• Evaluate, onboard, and retire vendors. You hold final sign-off on Martech investment.
• Provide enablement to marketing and sales users in collaboration with the department leaders.
• Hire, develop, and retain a team of marketing engineers and operations specialists.
• Define roles, set standards, and create a culture of measurement and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to align shared infrastructure and tooling.

VP, Marketing Operations, Agentic AI Systems

Performance Marketing

• Own and drive Sidetrade’s global demand generation strategy, with a clear mandate to grow pipeline and accelerate revenue across all segments
• Build and lead a high-performing demand generation team, covering digital marketing, content, field events, paid media, SEO/SEM and marketing operations
• Partner closely with Sales leadership to align on pipeline targets, campaign prioritisation, and account-based marketing (ABM) programmes
• Define and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns (email, paid social, content syndication, webinars, events) across Europe and North America
• Develop and scale an ABM motion, working with Sales to target strategic enterprise accounts with personalised, high-impact programmes
• Own the marketing technology stack (Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense or similar) and ensure best-in-class data hygiene, attribution and reporting
• Build and present rigorous pipeline and ROI reporting to the CMO and Executive team, with full accountability for MQL to Closed–Won metrics
• Manage the demand generation budget effectively, optimising spend across channels to maximise pipeline contribution
• Champion the Sidetrade brand in all demand activity, ensuring consistency of message and positioning across all markets
• Stay ahead of B2B SaaS demand generation trends, bringing innovative ideas and best practices to the team
