• Define and implement sales strategies across the North America region and key verticals
• Own regional revenue targets, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy
• Manage the full sales cycle from qualified meetings through to long-term customer acquisition
• Drive repeatable, scalable sales motions aligned to SMB buying behavior in the O2C market
• Partner closely with Marketing on demand generation, campaigns, and pipeline acceleration
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and retain a high-performing sales team (AEs & BDRs)
• Provide ongoing training, deal coaching, and performance management
• Establish clear expectations, KPIs, and accountability across the team
• Foster a strong sales culture focused on collaboration, execution, and customer value
• Own weekly and monthly sales forecasting and pipeline reporting
• Drive strong CRM discipline and data accuracy
• Implement and continuously improve sales processes, playbooks, and methodologies
• Use data and insights to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
• Maintain a strong understanding of the SMB finance, AR, and AI O2C landscape in North America=
• Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and best practices
• Build trusted, collaborative relationships with Product, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Marketing
• Act as the voice of the customer, feeding insights back into product and go-to-market strategy

Sales Manager

Creative Strategist

• Centralize, organize, and maintain all creative assets (visuals, videos, templates, brand materials, corporate presentations), ensuring they are up to date, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Establish and enforce creative standards, processes, and workflows to support scalability and efficiency.
• Act as the guardian of brand visual identity across all channels and markets.
• Stay ahead of design trends, SaaS marketing best practices, and emerging creative technologies.
• Create the production of high-quality assets to support all external and internal marketing and communication activities, including:
• Landing pages, microsites, interactive content experiences.
• Videos and motion graphics.
• Visual assets for events and tradeshows.
• Print and digital collateral such as ads, brochures, posters, fliers, and signage.
• Prepare, package, and deliver final artwork files for both digital and print production, ensuring all technical and quality requirements are met. Oversee vendor coordination for printed materials.
• Revise and refine designs based on feedback and direction from senior stakeholders, marketing managers, and project owners.
• Leverage modern creative tools and AI-powered technologies to accelerate production while maintaining exceptional quality.
• Manage priorities effectively to deliver high-quality work on time while protecting focus from disruptive ad hoc requests.
• Apply strong project management discipline to plan, track, and execute creative work across multiple campaigns and timelines.
• Partner closely with the Marketing and Communication teams to translate campaign objectives into compelling creative assets.
• Support go-to-market initiatives with clear, consistent, and impactful creative execution.
• Act as a trusted creative advisor to stakeholders across the marketing organization.

Creative Lead

Security Analyst

• Help configure, maintain, and troubleshoot security tools (e.g., SAST in CI/CD pipelines, vulnerability dashboards, scanners, reporting tools).
• Support rollouts, upgrades, and maintenance of security tooling and integrations.
• Maintain documentation and operational runbooks for the toolstack.
• Contribute to automation scripts and configuration management to support secure baselines (e.g., Ansible playbooks, shell/Python scripts).
• Assist in maintaining and improving hardening scripts and standard configurations for dev and production environments.
• Help standardize operational tasks so security controls are repeatable and easy to deploy at scale.
• Assist in integrating and maintaining SAST / security checks in CI/CD pipelines (including Jenkins).
• Help ensure findings are properly routed, visible, and actionable (e.g., dashboards, ticketing, notifications).
• Support teams in resolving pipeline-related issues related to security tooling and security gates.
• Act as a bridge between Security and IT/DevOps teams on operational topics.
• Assist with applying security standards in development and production environments.
• Support investigations and analysis for operational security topics (e.g., tool alerts, misconfiguration, non-compliance to baseline standards).

Support Engineer

• Provide technical and functional support to our customers
• Provide innovative solutions for the customer’s functional and technical challenges
• Resolve complex issues applying analytical problem-solving skills
• Manage the escalation process working with Customer Success, Product and R&D
• Become a Product Expert and share best practices with your colleagues
• Based in North America, you will ensure the 24x5 coverage with your Europe-based colleagues

Technical Support Engineer

• Partner with our Customer Success, Marketing, and BPO teams.
• Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and other channels to identify top talent.
• Conduct phone screens, evaluate candidates’ skills and cultural fit, and schedule interviews.
• Create compelling job descriptions and advertisements to attract high-performing sales professionals.
• Ensure that all candidates will have a Best-in-Class experience with Sidetrade, by maintaining communication throughout the hiring process, providing feedback and guidance.
• Advise them on the best hiring strategy and talent pool.
