• Multi-thread across operations, engineering, and finance/council — and partner with our solutions team so the fit is airtight.
• Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and provide forecasts you can stand behind.

• Own a named-account portfolio of our largest opportunities — major municipalities and utilities, national contractors, and top engineering firms.
• This is the consultative, multi-threaded motion: longer cycles, real buying committees, and six-figure enterprise agreements.
• You source with your Strategic SDR and ABM pod, map the committee, sell the executive vision, build the business case the buyer takes to council or the CFO, and close the ELA with deal desk — protecting margin the whole way.
• Depth over speed. Every deal multi-threaded, defensible, and expandable.

Account Executive, Enterprise

Product Marketing

• Build and run the onboarding and ramp program that gets new SDRs and Account Executives productive faster, owning ramp metrics like time-to-first-deal and days in technical evaluation.
• Create and maintain the sales content engine; battle cards, call scripts, objection handling, demo guides, one-pagers, and competitive intel.
• Partner with GTM leadership on hands-on coaching, call reviews, messaging, and skills development.
• Translate PACP/NASSCO standards, CCTV inspection workflows, and SewerAI's products (Pioneer, AutoCode, Risk & Rehab, QAI) into language reps can sell with confidence.
• Own launch readiness — when Product ships something new, make sure Sales knows how to position and sell it, in partnership with Product Marketing.
• Manage the enablement tech stack (Salesforce, call intelligence, content management, LMS) and the reporting that shows what's working.
• Tie enablement to the metrics that matter — win rate, mid-funnel conversion, ramp time, and product adoption — and iterate against them.

GTM Enablement Manager

Solutions Engineer

• Own the full engagement lifecycle — from technical discovery through scoping, ETL execution, and delivery — as the single accountable owner on each customer account.
• Run discovery and intake calls with city operations and IT teams; produce Scoping Summaries that translate field realities into clear technical requirements.
• Lead weekly customer check-ins, keeping engagements on track and resolving issues before they escalate.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for your accounts, building trusted relationships with utility and contractor stakeholders.
• Execute legacy data migrations into Pioneer, validating inspection data quality at each stage of the process.
• Stand up and configure CMMS integrations (Cityworks, Cartegraph) against the SewerAI API.
• Use AI-assisted tooling and the ProServe CLI/SDK to script, map, and transform customer data — with support from Engineering where needed.
• Build reusable scripts and patterns over time that make the next engagement faster and more consistent.
• Apply NASSCO coding standards (PACP/LACP/MACP) to validate inspection data submitted by customers prior to migration.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues — coding errors, format mismatches, incomplete submittals — in collaboration with the customer and internal teams.
• Maintain thorough documentation of engagement activity, data decisions, and delivery outcomes.
• Partner with Technical Account Managers, Product, and Engineering to surface customer feedback, flag data edge cases, and continuously improve the ProServe delivery process.

Accounts Receivable

• Manage the full invoice-to-cash cycle, ensuring invoices go out accurately and on time,
• payments are applied correctly, and the AR aging stays tight.
• Proactively monitor aging reports and follow up on past-due accounts through structured
• outreach, owning the collections cadence from first notice through escalation.
• Build and maintain a standardized customer communication workflow for collections,
• including outreach templates, escalation cadences, and documentation standards, so every customer interaction is consistent, professional, and trackable.
• Conduct regular cross-functional syncs with Sales, Customer Success, and other
• departments to resolve billing disputes, account holds, and payment issues quickly.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all collection activity and account resolutions as volume and complexity scale.
• Drive the adoption of AI-powered tools and intelligent agents to automate manual workflows, enhance collections effectiveness, accelerate cash conversion, and build a scalable accounts receivable operation that supports rapid company growth.
• Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly AR reports, — including aging summaries, DSO tracking, and collection status updates — for management review.
• Identify and recommend improvements to billing accuracy, collection efficiency, and cash application processes as we scale.
