• Draft, review, and redline a range of agreements including MSAs, Order Forms, SOWs, SaaS, professional services, partner, and vendor agreements
• Identify non-standard terms and recommend appropriate modifications
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and external counsel to drive agreements to execution
• Develop and implement standardized contract templates and negotiation guardrails across key terms
• Maintain a centralized contract repository with proper version control, governance, and a clause library
• Build scalable processes, playbooks, and tooling for the contracting function as we grow
