Account Executive – Regional Financial Sales

Electrical Engineer

• Operate within an electronics manufacturing environment for production support
• Troubleshooting/debugging circuits and software
• Concept designs, schedules, cost reduction, and quality analysis
• Work with systems and products involving radio frequency (RF)
• Work with statistical process control, failure mode analysis, and regulatory compliance
• Provide assistance to manufacturing and repair personnel for troubleshooting malfunctions in components and systems

Account Executive – National Retail Sales

Compliance

• Ensure all orders are processed in compliance with company policies, Delegation of Authority (DOA), and contractual requirements.
• Accurate processing of Partner orders. Includes validating/auditing Partner POs.
• Ensure PO information matches and is correct on all orders such as Vendor name and remittance information, Payment Terms, FOB information, shipping details, and pricing.
• Validate account information is correct and updated. Includes confirming Parent, Definitive, and GPO linking is accurate.
• Owns the integrity and accuracy of customer order entry from submission through fulfillment, ensuring alignment between customer requirements, internal systems, and downstream billing processes.
• Assist with internal departments to ensure all orders are closed correctly and following the internal checklists and processes.
• Act as the liaison between various Fall and Senior Living Sales representatives and the internal Finance and Operations departments.
• Partner communication, pre- and post-sale follow-up, and implementing process enhancements to streamline business metrics.
• Provide coordination for Partner RMAs, short product disputes, pricing disputes.
• Coordinate, schedule and prioritize customer sales orders with team members daily.
• Work with sales representatives, within North America and internationally, on inquiries that they may have on a daily basis.
• Provide prompt service to the Partners/Customers; receiving and responding to incoming calls and emails regarding product orders, inquiries, shipments, returns/exchanges, and any other pertinent information.
• Track and document order discrepancies, RMAs, and customer issues to support resolution and continuous process improvement.
• Provide back-up and additional support to other departments on an as needed basis.
• Process direct orders as needed.
• Cross-Train to cover Sales Order Compliance Coordinator activities when needed.
• Act as a back-up by administering all sales/office duties in Management's absence, which may include handling the more difficult customer orders, complaints, return policies, and accounts receivable questions and decisions.

Director

• Define and execute a national accounts strategy that drives sustainable Bookings and Revenue growth, increased market penetration, and long-term enterprise value.
• Identify, prioritize, and develop strategic IDN partnerships (e.g., HCA, Community Health Systems, LifePoint Health) aligned to company growth objectives.
• Lead the evolution from transactional sales to solution-based, consultative selling across the Acute segment.
• Ensure that our GPO strategy aligns with our GTM and is positioned to win with current GPO agreements and positioning for future GPO awards.
• Direct and coordinate National Accounts team activities to ensure alignment with enterprise priorities and growth initiatives.
• Develop and expand relationships with executive stakeholders (C-suite, clinical, operational) within our IDN accounts.
• Own contract strategy, negotiations, and execution to consistently meet or exceed operating plan targets.
• Analyze market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive positioning to inform strategic decisions.
• Evaluate and prioritize opportunities based on Bookings and Revenue potential, resource requirements, and strategic fit.
• Provide data-driven insights to refine forecasting accuracy, pipeline health, and go-to-market strategy.
• Partner with Finance, Product, Operations, Product Marketing, Marketing, and Professional Services Organization teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and high-quality delivery.
• Drive organizational alignment to support national account strategies, including pricing, contracting, implementation, and support.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives to optimize sales processes, tools, and systems.
• Ensure excellence in all aspects of the customer lifecycle, including solution design, order execution, reporting, and ongoing account management.
• Advocate for product and service enhancements based on customer feedback and market demand.
• Lead executive business reviews and strategic account planning sessions.
• Maintain accountability for sales performance, forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Ensure disciplined execution of sales methodologies to drive consistency and scalability.

• Hire and develop capabilities of service technicians and sub-contractors while managing and controlling performance and labor costs.
• Increase and maintain service contract base and drive Time and Material revenue through customer visitations, account strategy development, and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Ensure technical performance metrics and quality goals are met or exceeded while implementing and monitoring key processes established by the team.
• Manage the performance of the workforce to meet or exceed customer satisfaction expectations.
• Manage overtime, direct labor costs, billed work and parts inventories to meet financial goals.
• Maintain proper staffing levels by recruiting and hiring competent individuals necessary to accomplish team goals.
• Develop capabilities of the workforce assigned within the team territory to ensure they are trained, productive and proficient to meet or exceed our customer's needs.
• Responsible for retention and growth of revenue and profit for the Business Team.
• Ensure compliance to corporate policies and procedures regarding safety including OSHA, as well as the safeguarding of proprietary and confidential information and protection and control of corporate assets (i.e. buildings, inventories, vehicles, etc.).
