About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create and maintain customer accounts in our billing system
Maintain data integrity in billing and quoting systems
Perform data scrubs on existing and new customers
Develop and run special projects
Provide cross functional support
Create and maintain training documentation
Deliver training to both Backoffice and field teams
Improve and implement SOPs regarding the FBS team
Prepare, analyze, & distribute spreadsheets to internal teams
Lead customer clean up, new customer and customer site entry

Requirements

What you’ll need

Business or IT related degree or 2+ years of experience in a related field
Working knowledge of the following systems is a benefit: Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics SL (Solomon), Quoting CPQ
Microsoft Office Proficiency (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Experience with Salesforce is preferred
