About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, test, and maintain software features and enhancements under the guidance of senior engineering staff
Assist with bug fixes, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities across supported applications and services
Participate in the design, development, and testing of integrations and customer-requested functionality
Support quality assurance efforts through testing, validation, and defect resolution
Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback to improve technical skills and software quality
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
Learn and apply software engineering best practices related to coding standards, testing, security, and maintainability
Participate in team planning, estimation, and continuous improvement activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
0–3 years of professional software development experience
Familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts and software development principles
Experience with or academic exposure to modern software development using C#, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar programming languages
Basic understanding of software testing, debugging, and troubleshooting techniques
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
