Full-stack Engineer

• Partner 1:1 with the Growth PMs to turn hypotheses into shipped software: scope, design, build (frontend/backend/mobile), launch, measure.
• Own end-to-end delivery of micro-features, internal tools, and integrations across multiple Sauce products.
• Design pragmatic architectures in .NET + React/Next.js (and Node.js where useful); create clean APIs and resilient services.
• Set up analytics/telemetry for every experiment (events, dashboards, alerts) and run A/B tests to validate impact.
• Build and maintain 3P integrations (payments, couriers, ordering marketplaces), including webhooks, retries, idempotency, and monitoring.
• Ship fast with CI/CD and feature flags; own on-call for what you build and drive post-mortems and hardening.
• Collaborate with core R&D when scale-up is needed; document pathways from prototype → productized service.
• Stack you’ll touch: .NET 8/C#, React + Next.js + TypeScript, Node.js (select services), MongoDB/SQL, Azure/GCP, React Native/Adalo (nice-to-have), CI/CD (GitHub Actions), n8n/Make/Zappier/Retool for fast ops tooling.

Software Engineer

• Lead and actively contribute to the end-to-end development lifecycle of B2C services including storefront transactions, integrations, and upsell capabilities, ensuring robust, scalable, and high-performing solutions
• Drive technical initiatives aimed at enhancing user engagement and exploring new monetization opportunities
• Champion adoption and integration of AI-driven approaches within B2C products for personalization, analytics, and automation to boost revenue
• Lead rapid experimentation and prototyping, building functional prototypes and internal tools using low-code/no-code platforms and traditional development for B2C feature validation and monetization experiments
