• Deliver a comprehensive data movement strategy and plan, accounting for real-time data syncs, batch loading, and full data migration efforts.
• Drive discussions to define requirements including history, inclusion/exclusion criteria, data sources and targets, and define detailed field mappings and transformation logic across all primary data movement paths: One-time Automated Data Migration, One-time Data Loads, and Continuous Data Syncs.

• Engage customers and partners to determine data and object models needed to deliver business requirements, technical considerations, and strategic objectives, providing recommendations based on industry and product experience.
• Provide input on solution vision, strategy, and development to the Delivery Team and Enterprise Architecture, including guidance on Pillar-specific needs.
• Manage data movement playbooks, requirement and mapping templates, and SOX/SDLC documentation.
• Define product and business capability KPIs (short and long term) and provide regular updates to the Data Movement Director, Business and Workstream Leads, and the SteerCo/Executive team on progress.
