About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the Product organization's strategic lead within Salesforce's annual Go for Growth (G4G) planning process
- Lead Product-owned planning and design workstreams within G4G
- Represent the Product organization in cross-functional planning forums
- Drive AI & Data Attribution strategy initiatives
- Support complex cross-functional programs and governance processes
- Support portfolio forecasting, executive business reviews, Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), and performance reporting
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, business strategy, product strategy, sales strategy, business operations, finance, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to build trusted partnerships
- Exceptional communication and executive storytelling skills
- AI-native mindset with demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools
- Experience with Tableau, SQL, Python, R, or other analytical tools is a plus
