Account Executive

• Assist with pipeline development by supporting account research, target account identification, and initial prospect outreach efforts.
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities alongside senior sales leaders to observe, learn, and begin establishing early professional connections.
• Support relationship-building efforts within assigned states and accounts by scheduling meetings, preparing presentation materials, and driving follow-up communications.

Junior Account Executive – Payer Sales

Product Manager

• Define and drive the AI product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap across use cases such as member communications (chat, IVR), dispatch optimization, driver/provider quality, fraud/waste/abuse detection, and operations tooling.
• Lead problem discovery and solution validation through user research with members, clients, and internal operators; translate insights into hypotheses, PRDs, and success metrics.
• Partner with ML engineers and data scientists to ship model-backed experiences (LLMs, RAG, classification, ranking).
• Develop evaluation plans, A/B tests, and human-in-the-loop workflows.

Full-stack Engineer

• As a Senior Software Engineer, AI, you will build AI-powered product experiences and platforms across the SafeRide ecosystem.
• Design, build, and own production services and user experiences for AI-enabled features (member chat/IVR, dispatch optimization, provider quality, fraud/waste/abuse detection, and internal tooling).
• Integrate and operate model-backed systems (LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, classification/ranking, speech/ASR) with robust evaluation and safe fallbacks.
• Develop secure, scalable APIs and event-driven microservices; contribute to system architecture including data contracts, observability, resiliency, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Implement high-quality front-end experiences (React/Next.js); collaborate with design on UX quality, accessibility, and performance.

• As the Vice President of Product Management, AI, you will set the multi-year vision, strategy, and execution plan for AI across the SafeRide platform.
• Lead and grow a team of product managers focused on AI/ML experiences, partner closely with engineering and data science, and deliver measurable business outcomes that improve reliability, efficiency, and equity of access.
• This role requires a strategist-operator who can translate ambiguity into a clear portfolio and execute at pace in a regulated environment.
• Own the company-wide AI product strategy and portfolio, aligned to OKRs and P&L impact; define the investment thesis, roadmap, and success metrics.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing PM team; establish hiring standards, career ladders, and coaching rituals.
• Establish responsible AI governance with Legal, InfoSec, and Compliance (HIPAA), including safety/bias guardrails, model risk reviews, and privacy protections.

Accountant

• Key Responsibilities: Lead monthly accounting close procedures including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting in accordance with GAAP; Manage and reconcile monthly customer billing and payments; Oversee prepaid expense schedules and prepare monthly amortization entries; Record and reconcile corporate credit card activity; Support billing process reconciliation between SafeRide’s front-end system and vendor payments; Prepare and maintain detailed balance sheet reconciliations and workpapers; Assist in annual external financial audits; Assist in periodic state and health plan audits; Help maintain accounting policies and internal controls; Support ad hoc accounting projects and cross-functional initiatives.
