Manager

• Lead the end-to-end construction safety for data center projects, from development to final delivery
• Actively monitor the safety of all site infrastructure, substation and core/shell construction
• Ensure General Contractor compliance with Rowan Contractor Safety Management Program
• Work closely with Rowan’s Development, Engineering, and Procurement teams to ensure seamless project handoff and operational readiness
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, evaluating construction processes and implementing best practices
• Promote safety culture and lead programs to improve the Company's overall safety culture
• Maintain and report EHS metrics for the project site
• Support accident/incident investigation and analysis with the General Contractor to determine improvements needed
• Review and assist with development of plans, procedures and strategies and ensure their consistency and adequacy
• Use radical transparency to surface, document, and learn from observations, near misses and incidents to drive injury to zero
• Build and continuously improve policies, procedures, technology and safety reporting platform for workplace and construction site activities
• Regularly review and update existing policies and procedures to industry best practice
• Perform safety audits and physically inspect all work areas and jobsites to identify safety issues
• Conduct risk assessments to minimize accidents, occupational illnesses, or long-term health hazards
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and other partners to prepare monthly or annual safety reports and present to management
• Directly manage a team of 2 safety professionals
• Report to the Director of Safety
• Travel up to 10% as required

Safety Manager

Engineer

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction to final closeout
• Work closely with Sr. Construction Manager to track and ensure project milestones are met
• Support the procurement and management of subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring all work is completed to Rowan’s quality standards
• Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to resolve any technical issues that arise during construction
• Monitor on-site activities to ensure safety and compliance with Rowan’s safety protocols and local regulations
• Track applicable project costs, helping to ensure projects are completed within budget and flagging any potential cost overruns
• Support efforts with local authorities to obtain necessary permits and ensure regulatory compliance
• Support and/or oversee the Site Sustainability Program
• Develop daily site report
• Oversee change order process in the field
• Facilitate site tours with internal / external stakeholders
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, submittals, RFIs, progress updates, and final as-built documents
• Foster strong communication with internal teams, contractors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations
• Assist in the review of construction drawings and specifications to ensure alignment with client needs and Rowan standards

Senior Project Engineer

Compliance

• Ensure the company identifies and manages key operational, financial and compliance risks
• Develop and implement contractual compliance and insurance programs across projects and operations
• Develop systems to monitor and ensure compliance with leases, construction, utility, financing and other project contracts
• Conduct risk assessments and collect/analyze data to anticipate risks and improve compliance programs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage internal/external stakeholders to manage risk and compliance
• Manage company-wide and project-specific insurance policies, tracking coverage, renewals and insurance requirements
• Create a company culture of risk awareness; perform proactive monitoring and reporting
