Community Affairs Specialist – Part-Time

Manager

• Own end-to-end tracking of all OFCI equipment from PO issuance through onsite delivery
• Maintain a comprehensive OFCI equipment log, including submittal status, approved for fabrication dates, production and fabrication milestones, and delivery dates and sequencing

• Drive power-forward development deals by identifying, structuring, and advancing projects where securing critical power infrastructure is the primary enabler for site delivery and customer commitments
• Lead end-to-end site development for a portfolio of data center projects—from early diligence and site access through construction commencement—with active stakeholder engagement, risk management, and commercial oversight

• Responsible for actively monitoring the quality control program from an owner/developer perspective on all site infrastructure, substation and construction

• Develop trusting relationships with clients, JHA’s, GC’s, sub-contractors to aid in the successful delivery of the project
