Requirements
What you’ll need- JD from an accredited U.S. law school
- 3+ years of relevant experience as a project finance attorney (though other similar finance practices are welcome to apply), preferably with data center, energy, renewables, real estate or comparable projects at a law firm or comparable in-house role
- Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage outside counsel
- Knowledge or experience with data center transactions is a plus
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously; excellent communication and collaboration skills; strong organizational skills; comfort with ambiguity; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability and desire to work effectively in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional environment
- Proficiency with asset-backed securitizations and other bonds, mezzanine / preferred equity, private credit, portfolio and corporate credit, sale leaseback, and/or equipment-backed structures is a plus
