About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects and multiple concurrent projects
- Define and manage project roadmaps, dependencies, and cross-functional alignment
- Establish scalable project delivery frameworks, standards, and best practices
- Drive requirements definition, facilitate workshops, and ensure alignment across stakeholders
- Own risk management strategy, including identification, prioritization, mitigation, and escalation
- Establish and lead governance structures (steering committees, executive reviews)
- Deliver clear, concise reporting on project health, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership
- Track and manage financials including forecasts, budgets, vendor spend, and ROI
- Ensure accountability across stakeholders for deliverables and timelines
- Lead relationships with system integrators, SaaS vendors, and implementation partners
- Evaluate vendor performance, enforce contractual deliverables, and manage escalations
- Oversee implementation strategies to ensure alignment with business needs and IT standards
- Ensure operational readiness, documentation completeness, and smooth handoff to support teams
- Develop and lead comprehensive change management strategies for large-scale initiatives
- Coordinate communication plans, executive messaging, and stakeholder engagement
- Oversee training programs, pilot initiatives, and enterprise rollout strategies
- Define and manage hypercare and post-go-live support models
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in a related field (Business, Information Technology, or Project Management) and at least 7 years of experience in information technology project or program management
- 7 years of experience in business technology
- Strong understanding of IT systems, lifecycle management, and vendor coordination
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana)
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certification is a plus
- Experience in change management and process improvement
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
