Account Manager

• As an Account Manager you are the spearhead of RIB — close to the customer, strategic in your thinking and decisive for our market success
• Building relationships, prospecting, needs analysis, consulting, and negotiating proposals and contracts for our RIB software solutions
• Providing long-term, close support and development of new and existing customers
• To drive growth, you design regional initiatives and sales concepts and implement them
• Designing and running regional activities (webinars, on-site events, etc.) and supporting centrally coordinated events and trade shows
• Collaborative work: together with colleagues from Sales Support, Inside Sales and Consulting, you form the competence team for our prospects and customers

• Automate build, test, signing, and deployment workflows to reduce manual effort and increase release frequency
• Manage GitHub repositories, branching strategies, and pull request workflows in alignment with team standards
• Track and manage delivery tasks, sprints, and release milestones using Jira
• Collaborate closely with mobile developers and architects to align DevOps practices with platform standards and best practices
• Manage app store release processes, including versioning, rollout management, and production support

• Monitor build health, pipeline performance, and release stability, driving continuous improvement
• Integrate security scanning and compliance checks into mobile delivery pipelines

DevOps Engineer – Mobile

• Develop, maintain, and optimise WordPress websites, including custom themes, plugins, and headless integrations (Next.js).
• Work closely with the Web Tech Lead, junior developer, external agency, and global stakeholders to deliver roadmap items.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve site performance using tools like New Relic, Datadog, and Query Monitor.
• Support multilingual and multisite operations, ensuring stability, scalability, and consistency across regions.
• Collaborate with the Demand Generation team through ASANA to deliver marketing and web requirements on schedule.
