• Coordinate the expert team comprising Support, Product Management, and Development through to solution delivery

• Ensure compliance with defined service levels and quality standards
• Analyze errors, investigate root causes, and develop sustainable solutions
• Analyze root causes across system, process, and application levels
• Identify, reproduce, and systematically document software defects

• Defining goals together with customers and regularly measuring success in the use of our solutions

• As an Account Manager you are the spearhead of RIB — close to the customer, strategic in your thinking and decisive for our market success

• Providing long-term, close support and development of new and existing customers
• To drive growth, you design regional initiatives and sales concepts and implement them
• Designing and running regional activities (webinars, on-site events, etc.) and supporting centrally coordinated events and trade shows
• Collaborative work: together with colleagues from Sales Support, Inside Sales and Consulting, you form the competence team for our prospects and customers
