About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the global Enterprise IT PMO
Lead central IT initiatives and orchestrate internal and external stakeholders
Actively shape the future of RIB rather than maintain existing structures
Lead own initiatives up to program level within the scope of the global ONE RIB transformation
Reduce complexity and develop pragmatic solution proposals to challenges
Confidently manage differing stakeholder interests and moderate conflicts
Direct reporting line to the Global Head of IT
Close collaboration with the IT leadership team and high senior management exposure

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed degree (e.g., Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration) or equivalent qualification
Deep knowledge in internal IT or digital transformation
At least 5 years leading IT projects or programs, ideally in a corporation with a matrix structure or in consulting
Experience in analyzing, digitizing and optimizing complex business processes
Excellent skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint as well as experience with collaboration tools (e.g., Planner, Power Automate, brainstorming tools, ...)
Enjoy working on complex tasks, structured working style and hypothesis-driven approach
Team-oriented working style, sense of responsibility and ability to motivate colleagues
Strong execution focus, prioritization skills and pragmatism
Fluent German and English (at least C1)
