About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the global Enterprise IT PMO
  • Lead central IT initiatives and orchestrate internal and external stakeholders
  • Actively shape the future of RIB rather than maintain existing structures
  • Lead own initiatives up to program level within the scope of the global ONE RIB transformation
  • Reduce complexity and develop pragmatic solution proposals to challenges
  • Confidently manage differing stakeholder interests and moderate conflicts
  • Direct reporting line to the Global Head of IT
  • Close collaboration with the IT leadership team and high senior management exposure

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed degree (e.g., Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration) or equivalent qualification
  • Deep knowledge in internal IT or digital transformation
  • At least 5 years leading IT projects or programs, ideally in a corporation with a matrix structure or in consulting
  • Experience in analyzing, digitizing and optimizing complex business processes
  • Excellent skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint as well as experience with collaboration tools (e.g., Planner, Power Automate, brainstorming tools, ...)
  • Enjoy working on complex tasks, structured working style and hypothesis-driven approach
  • Team-oriented working style, sense of responsibility and ability to motivate colleagues
  • Strong execution focus, prioritization skills and pragmatism
  • Fluent German and English (at least C1)
