• Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to close, across your assigned territory
• Understand and articulate how Revalize’s Pipe-Flo platform solves challenges in fluid system modeling and energy optimization
• Deliver compelling product demos and presentations via web and in-person meetings
• Communicate the value proposition of Pipe-Flo with clarity, including differentiation and objection handling
• Drive pipeline growth through outbound prospecting (cold calling, networking, outbound campaigns, etc.)

• Consistently meet or exceed quota for new signed business and ARR
• Use AI and automation tools intentionally to improve how work gets done — identifying repeatable use cases, enhancing output quality, and continuing to drive business outcomes as tools evolve

Project Manager

• Manage the project from kickoff to implementation and client acceptance.
• Oversee the efforts of the required internal specialists / departments.
• Develop, manage and execute the project plan.
• Create and update project documentation for both internal and the client’s use.

• Own the customer training P&L, including revenue forecasting, pricing strategy, and margin accountability for training products and services

• Track and report on key performance indicators including revenue, enrollment, utilization, and learner satisfaction
• Lead instructional design strategy for multiple product lines, producing both instructor-led (ILT/vILT) and asynchronous self-paced content
• Translate complex product documentation and SME knowledge into learner-centered content that emphasizes application and outcomes over feature walkthrough
• Maintain content currency across a multi-product portfolio in coordination with Product and Customer Success stakeholders
• Directly manage a team of six instructors across two continents, providing coaching, workload oversight, scheduling, and professional development
• Oversee the learning management system (Docebo) and associated integrations, including enrollment automation, reporting, and data flow across Salesforce, Workato, and NetSuite
