Key responsibilities & impact

Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver critical product launches on time and within scope, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, proactively mitigating risks and dependencies
Coordinate activities across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to ensure seamless go-to-market execution and adoption
Communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes effectively to senior leadership and stakeholders, fostering transparency and accountability
Leverage AI-powered project management tools and data-driven insights to forecast risks, streamline workflows, and enhance decision-making
Drive post-launch evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize customer and business impact

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (PMP or equivalent certification preferred)
8+ years of progressive project management experience, including significant involvement in taking products to market and managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
Proven expertise in go-to-market execution, with experience coordinating across product, marketing, and sales functions
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
Comfort with Claude Enterprise and other AI tools, using AI for stakeholder synthesis, risk registers, launch readiness, and status reporting
