• The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for handling all aspects of talent sourcing and recruiting for his or her assigned requisitions.

Talent Acquisition Partner

Payroll

• The Payroll Analyst I is responsible for producing accurate payroll entries for unionized employees represented by over 175 local CBAs (Collective Bargaining Agreements).
• Review and interpret Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) ratifications and apply as needed resulting in timely and accurate employee’s payroll.
• Prepare and analyze union health & welfare, and pension contribution calculations and monthly reporting ensuring compliance with contracted deadlines.
• Maintain, analyze, and report accurate union dues deductions as instructed by local unions.
• Prepare and remit contributions for union 401K reporting on a weekly basis.
• Audits payroll cycle to maintain accuracy of various deductions and transactions including but not limited to: Retro calculation, Union dues deductions, Department of Labor Regular Rate of Pay and FLSA OT premiums, Union benefit premiums.
• Process special payments in compliance with collective bargaining agreements, including but not limited to vacation buy backs, boot allowances, safety, and other union bonuses.

Payroll Analyst I

• Coordinates full-cycle recruiting for open positions, including assisting managers with the identification of viable candidates, interviewing, and selection
• Using traditional and non-traditional resources, sources and entices a qualified pool of both active and passive candidates by conducting searches through creative sourcing techniques including social media, job posting boards, cold-calling, networking, internet mining, trade journal advertising, professional networking sites, job fairs, campus recruiting, etc

• The Sr. Software Developer serves as the development group’s lead technical resource and leads all phases of a system’s development life cycle.

• The position is expected to analyze, configure, and tune the underlying framework and infrastructure and is considered the subject matter expert on each system’s functionality, behavior and capabilities.

• The Senior Payroll Tax Analyst is responsible for the setup, co-ordination and reconciliation of multi state payroll taxes.
• Collaborates with Corporate and Field divisions to ensure accounting/tax issues are appropriately identified, analyzed, documented and reported.
• Assists in the analysis and reconciliation of payroll tax with various federal, state and municipal tax agencies, and our payroll processing partners.
