Key responsibilities & impact

Proactively maintaining and retaining relationships with existing customers for permanent commercial and industrial waste services.
Making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls to retain business.
Increasing customer penetration by selling the full suite of Republic Services products.
Effectively maintains and retains existing customers by proactively reaching out on a daily basis.
Develops and maintains a thorough knowledge of company services, pricing structures, and offers additional services as appropriate.
Performs contractual re-signs on existing customers.
Responds to all cancellation requests according to the established escalation policy.
Utilizes Salesforce to schedule and document activities such as calls and meetings.
Regularly meets with Sales Manager to review customer relationships and status of key customer relationships.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or G.E.D. (Required)
0 - 2 years of customer service experience. (Required)
Waste or transportation industry experience (preferred).
