About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Managing the collections activities for commercial, industrial and residential customers.
Managing a team of Operations Supervisors, Dispatchers, Operations Clerks, Drivers and Helpers.
Works with General Manager and other managers to execute local market strategy.
Oversees collections operations, effective safety programs, and change management initiatives.
Ensures compliance with operating standards and maximizes productivity and route management systems.
Interacts with customers to resolve service concerns and ensure regulatory compliance.
Approves expenses and manages budget for operations department.
Develops a best-in-class team and workplace culture.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience or participation in Republic Services’ management trainee program.
