About the role
- Partnership Development: Identify and engage with premier accelerators (YC, Techstars, 500 Startups, etc.), emerging startup programs, and ecosystem partners
- Identify new, high-value ideal customer profiles (e.g., MBA programs) to target and test zero-to-one
- Maintain a pipeline of potential partnership opportunities across different channels, verticals, and geographies
- Program Design & Execution: Design and launch programs tailored for startup ecosystem partners, including demos, learning resources, and perks packages
- Create co-marketing initiatives and joint go-to-market strategies with channel partners
- Develop marketplace optimization strategies, including listing management and promotional campaigns
- Establish clear success metrics and KPIs for each partnership channel
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for accelerator partners, channel partner managers, and marketplace representatives
- Build deep relationships with key stakeholders across the startup, enterprise, and platform ecosystems
- Coordinate cross-channel initiatives including cohort launches, co-marketing campaigns, and marketplace promotions
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for partnership initiatives across all channels
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or ecosystem roles spanning multiple partnership types
- Proven track record building relationships with accelerators, enterprise channel partners, or marketplace platforms
- Understanding of both early-stage startup needs and enterprise partnership dynamics
- Strong negotiation and project management skills with ability to manage multiple partnership channels
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities across different stakeholder types
- Experience designing and launching partner programs across diverse partnership models
