Own our positioning and messaging: Translate technical capabilities into clear, differentiated messaging tailored to enterprise data buyers
Drive sales enablement: Develop compelling collateral, pitch decks, competitive battlecards, and training to arm the GTM team
Lead product launches: Partner with product to shape launch strategies, narratives, and cross-functional rollouts
Develop competitive insights: Stay close to the market and turn insights into strategic narratives and GTM tactics
Be the voice of the buyer: Partner with sales and CS to understand buyer needs, objections, and use cases, and feed that back into messaging and product strategy
Build the function: As we scale, help define the future of product marketing at Qualytics, including hiring and mentoring future team members
Requirements
5-8 years of experience leading and scaling a Product Marketing team at a SaaS company
Experience working at a data quality, observability, or analytics company is highly desirable
Experience operating in early- to mid-stage venture-backed SaaS companies
Proven ability to execute strategically with a focus on measurable outcomes, develop a high-performing team, and experience in driving business transformation
Ability to influence senior executives and build trust and mutual respect across functions and all levels of the organization
Exceptional storytelling and communication skills with the ability to turn complex data, technology, and concepts into clear communications
Growth mindset: comfortable with undefined processes and experimentation; excited to work on new initiatives that fuel growth
