• Build and operate the Data and Analytics platform for Rentokil Initial

Learning and Development

• The Group Digital Learning Specialist provides leadership, mentoring and direction for all activities within the Content Development Center (CDC) team. The individual should be a skilled leader of others to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard and on time while maintaining and driving high team engagement. This role is also responsible for the management of key stakeholders and the development of learning initiatives across Rentokil Initial, the Group Digital Learning Manager should therefore have a strong understanding of Instructional Design best practices.
• Specific Job Duties:
• ▪ Directs, plans and manages the Content Development Center (CDC), which consists of 5 staff
• ▪ Ensures team operating standards and essential procedures are followed based on knowledge of digital learning
• ▪ Works closely with other Group functions such as the SHE and Legal teams, to support the development of digital training content
• ▪ Review all work produced by the CDC to maintain a high standard of online learning produced
• ▪ Continuously improving quality control procedures to maintain a high standard of online learning produced by the CDC
• ▪ Learning consultancy across the Rentokil Initial group for all learning needs and communicating with stakeholders to identify proposed solutions to meet the capability needs of our colleagues.
• ▪ Maintain complex U+ course pipeline, and status report and be comfortable in communicating and managing details with senior stakeholders up to and including MD level
• ▪ Business partners with the regional learning and development leads and HRDs to understand learning needs and offer solutions as applicable
• ▪ Working on instructional design, building scripts and designing documents based on business requirements and needs
• ▪ Working with translation software to localise and translate learning for all regions
• ▪ Familiarity with Cornerstone OnDemand
• ▪ Familiarity with GoMo, Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Cloud

Digital Learning Specialist

Customer Support

• First point of contact for new, prospective and existing UK and Ireland customers
• Provide professional customer service through understanding of business services, products and procedures
• Accurately manage the client’s expectation for the next steps
• Resolve issues at first contact where possible
• Handle customer service, complaint handling, web & chat, outbound calls and customer feedback support
• Meet performance indicators: call monitoring scores, telephony performance (inbound/outbound volumes, average call duration), accuracy of log updates, complaint resolution, customer satisfaction, average speed to completion, email response speed and accuracy, chat quality
• Collaborate with team and follow Data Protection Act requirements
• Work in a hybrid environment
