Requirements

What you’ll need

CSSW (Certified Surveyor in Structural Waterproofing), CSTDB (Certified Surveyor in Timber and Dampness), or relevant construction/built environment qualifications and experience are preferred but not essential.
Proven track record in property preservation sales or surveying.
Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
Strong understanding of building pathology and preservation techniques.
Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for.
