About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Start as an Indoor Sales Support Consultant, generating sales opportunities via calls
Attend our World Class Sales Academy, shadow operational and sales staff
Service customers in a geographical area, support in servicing washroom products and removing hazardous waste
Gain exposure to sales-based roles across the business
Decide which area to specialise in after a broad understanding of the business
Engage in local projects and complete the Leadership Development Programme
Opportunity to progress to senior positions such as Sales Team Leader, Key Account Manager, or Branch Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need

A minimum 2.2 degree in BSc/BA in any subject (Business related, transport, logistics, supply chain or management disciplines preferred but not necessary)
A full UK manual driving licence
Target-driven, ambitious and self-motivated
Comfortable working out in the field dealing with customers face-to-face
Want to work with people and provide excellent customer service
A desire to work hard and have fun.
