Business Account Specialist

Inside Sales

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Inside Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets, pipeline metrics, and performance goals.
• Drive execution of account-based sales strategies across both regional and enterprise accounts to maximize penetration and growth.
• Partner with Regional and Enterprise Sales Managers to ensure alignment between inside and field sales strategies and account plans.

• The Inside Sales (Business Rep) is responsible for owning and growing territory and relationships within assigned subsidiaries and locations of regional accounts.
• This role works in close partnership with Regional Sales Managers to execute strategic account plans, drive expansion opportunities, and maintain alignment across the regional hierarchy.
• Success in this position requires a consultative approach, exceptional relationship management skills, and the ability to uncover new business opportunities while also delivering outstanding service to existing accounts.
