• Join our Sales team as a Renewal Sales Representative, supporting our AMER small-business customers.
• You’ll manage renewals, protect recurring revenue, and identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
• You’ll build relationships with customers whose licences are due for renewal, identify risks early, and work with them to ensure continuity.
• You’ll also develop a strong understanding of Redgate’s products and the surrounding technology landscape, enabling you to spot where customers could benefit from additional solutions.
• Renewals is a key revenue engine for Redgate, and the team continually refines its approach to hit individual and company-wide targets.

Renewals Sales Representative

Sales

• Responsible for generating, managing, and closing new business opportunities

Sales Associate

Recruitment

• You’ll own full-cycle recruitment from role briefing through to offer.
• You’ll build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders across select business functions, acting as a trusted partner and advisor throughout the hiring process.
• Proactive sourcing is at the heart of this role and you’ll pipeline talent for regularly hired positions, reducing time to hire and keeping us ahead of our growth needs.
• You’ll contribute to our employer brand through social media, events, and local partnerships, representing Redgate’s values externally.
• You’ll use data to inform decisions, conduct retrospectives, and help continually evolve our hiring processes.

Talent Acquisition Partner

• Define and execute account sales plans for your defined set of key accounts with a focus on growing ARR in a group of our top 5% of customers
• Meet sales goals through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities
• Act as a guide and strategic partner to customers by becoming intimately knowledgeable about their key business challenges
• Become a trusted advisor to the customer by building deep relationships to position Redgate's solutions across their organization
• Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, and products
• Use Salesforce to manage customer interactions, the sales process, reporting and development of account plans

Enterprise Account Executive

Data Engineer

• Own the reliability and usability of Redgate’s data, designing and delivering data pipelines and products that support reporting, analytics, and AI across the business.
• Build end-to-end data products on Databricks, using SQL, Python, and PySpark, from ingestion through to curated models used in Power BI and AI use cases.
• Work across a complex, real-world data landscape, integrating multiple source systems with varying levels of quality and maturity.
• Apply strong engineering judgement, balancing data modelling, performance, cost, and structure to build durable solutions that stand up to real usage.
• Shape data engineering standards and practices, improving reliability, testing, observability, and cost efficiency, and helping enable future AI use cases.

Systems Engineer

• act as the architectural point of accountability across Redgate’s business‑critical internal systems, bringing coherence to a complex estate of SaaS platforms, services, data, and integrations.
• shape and communicate the architectural vision and roadmap for Shared Applications & Services (SAS), balancing long‑term structure with short‑term delivery and operational stability.
• operate at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution, making pragmatic trade‑offs across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
• design and guide cross‑system solutions, influencing through experience, sound judgement, negotiation, and facilitation rather than direct authority.
• define how architecture is practiced in SAS, including standards, decision‑making approaches, and the coherent introduction of AI into internal operations.

Business Systems Architect

Business Development Rep

• Qualify opportunities with existing and new accounts via call, email, social media, and marketing contacts.
• Manage ‘pool’ accounts and take control of prospecting, both within and outside provided cadences.
• Conduct high-level conversations with technical and business decision-makers.
• Research prospects, identify key contacts, and update Salesforce records.
• Collaborate weekly with Account Executives for strategic planning.
• Meet KPIs for high contact volume through calls and emails daily.
• Achieve monthly quotas for outbound meetings generated for Account Executives.
