• You'll own employee relations casework across the UK and EMEA, from probation reviews and absence conversations through to informal disciplinary and grievance resolution, using your judgement to know when a case needs to stay with you and when it needs to go to a People Partner.

Vice President

• Define the multi-year channel strategy, deepen our hyperscaler partnerships with AWS and Microsoft/Azure, and design and launch a Consulting Partner Program from the ground up.
• Own the global channel strategy aligned to our 5-year ARR plan, with direct accountability for partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
• Deepen AWS and Microsoft/Azure as priority hyperscaler alliances — Marketplace expansion, co-sell motions, APN/MPN progression, and competency alignment. Personally owning the mechanics — Marketplace listings, private offers, ACE co-sell execution, and APN/MPN programme progression.
• Design, launch and run a Consulting Partner Programme from scratch targeting SIs, regional consultancies, and AWS/Microsoft consulting partners — including tiers, commercial model, and certification.

Vice President, Strategic Partners & Alliances

Financial Planning and Analysis

• You'll support month end close, lead on revenue queries, and act as the bridge between our Finance Operations and FP&A teams, balancing statutory rigour with the needs of the wider business.
• You'll be the go-to person for technical accounting questions, helping the team stay aligned with best practice.
• You'll work closely with the Financial Operations team, Financial Controller and the FP&A team, with visibility across group reporting, and external audit.
• You'll take ownership of key monthly reconciliations, controls documentation, and process improvements that shape how the finance function operates.

Onboarding Specialist

• Deliver an exceptional onboarding and implementation experience that drives adoption of Redgate solutions and ensures customers achieve their intended return on investment.
• Build strong partnerships with business and technical stakeholders, demonstrating knowledge and expertise across Redgate's solution areas.
• Own and co-manage Onboarding Plans, tracking progress against agreed milestones and KPIs in our CRM systems.
• Work closely with internal technical teams to remove blockers, resolve issues, and deliver implementation best practice.
• Coordinate with Redgate Professional Services and Premium Support where required, as per customer contracts.
• Lead customer meetings — both face to face and virtual — acting as a trusted ambassador for Redgate at all times.

Onboarding Manager

Salesforce Developer

• Own and deliver features end-to-end, from design and build through to deployment and maintenance, without constant oversight.
• Provide direct support to internal stakeholders across Finance, Sales, and Revenue Ops, translating business problems into technical solutions and communicating clearly in both directions.
• Build and extend Salesforce functionality including Apex, Lightning Web Components and Flows, alongside integrations with third-party systems like Zuora Billing and Marketo.
• Contribute to team health through code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing. The team pairs regularly and values people who bring others along with them.
• Lead incident response for key systems, keeping users informed, resolving issues, and following up to prevent recurrence.

• Own the full delivery of Redgate's AMER events calendar, including tradeshows, hosted events, and customer experiences, managing everything from venue sourcing to post-event reporting
• Lead on-site event crews, keeping teams motivated and ensuring every attendee experience meets Redgate's standards
• Coordinate event marketing activity including pre- and post-event email campaigns in Marketo, and work with regional marketers to integrate events into wider programs
• Manage all logistics end-to-end: travel and accommodation, swag inventory, asset shipments, supplier relationships, and event inboxes
• Run post-event retrospectives, produce evaluation reports, own the sales lead handover process, and use insights to continuously improve the program
