About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Join our Sales team as a Renewal Sales Representative, supporting our AMER small-business customers.
  • You’ll manage renewals, protect recurring revenue, and identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
  • You’ll build relationships with customers whose licences are due for renewal, identify risks early, and work with them to ensure continuity.
  • You’ll also develop a strong understanding of Redgate’s products and the surrounding technology landscape, enabling you to spot where customers could benefit from additional solutions.
  • Renewals is a key revenue engine for Redgate, and the team continually refines its approach to hit individual and company-wide targets.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You’ll bring experience in managing customer complaints, demonstrating strong listening skills, empathy, and a solution-focused mindset.
  • Interest in IT and technology, demonstrated through study, work, or personal projects
  • Motivation to build a career in technology sales
  • Comfortable working to monthly and quarterly targets
