Onboarding Specialist

• Lead Revenue Cycle operational transitions and continuous improvement initiatives
• Own and deliver on timelines with high P&L implications
• Execute and improve R1’s operating model for customer transitions

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Direct and lead strategic financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and consolidated reporting for Operations and Delivery Services.
• Contribute to the organization’s strategic vision and work with senior leaders to translate that vision to operational plans.
• Predict and capture operational and financial performance to guide and measure Operations and Delivery success.
• Serve as the lead finance business partner with business delivery responsibility.
• Help position Operations and Delivery Services to deliver Revenue, Margin, and Cash results.
• Oversee and manage the continued development, simplification, and standardization of Budgeting, Forecasting, Planning, and Modeling tools/processes.
• Provide leadership by working with executives to establish long-range financial goals and strategic plans.
• Develop standard monthly reporting, and performance management dashboards and models.
• Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance.
• Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives and new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set targets, develop plans, conduct analyses, and improve processes.
• Manage a team of onshore and offshore FP&A resources capable of hands-on analysis and process improvement.
• Communicate Operations and Delivery Services results through succinct presentations and supporting material.

Operations

• Own the strategy, planning, execution, and ongoing optimization of Commercial Operations and enablement functions
• Drive adoption, effectiveness, and integration of Commercial systems and tools (Salesforce, Conga, Definitive Healthcare)
• Identify process improvement opportunities that increase efficiency, clarity, and sales productivity across Commercial teams
• Maintain clear, consistent process documentation to support scale and repeatability
• Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing Commercial Operations organization
• Recruit, hire, coach, and promote talent while fostering a supportive, results-oriented culture
• Provide clear direction, prioritization, and accountability across multiple direct reports
• Serve as a trusted strategic partner to the Chief Commercial Officer and senior leadership team
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Client Experience, Product, Finance, and Commercial Ops partners
• Manage third-party vendor relationships, budgets, and contracts
• Develop executive-level reporting, dashboards, and presentations that support decision-making
