About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage patient questions and concerns in a confidential and professional manner

Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or GED, preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare call center environment
- Knowledge of EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, Meditech, or similar systems
- Understanding of healthcare industry terminology (e.g., primary care, provider, benefits, HIPAA, EOBs, CPT & ICD-10 codes)
