• Targeted forwarding of client feedback within the team to continuously optimize the software

• Du verantwortest die End-to-End Projektabwicklung und steuerst den gesamten Prozess von der Einreichung bis zur erfolgreichen Auszahlung der Fördermittel
• Du bildest als souveräne:r Stakeholder-Manager:in zuverlässig die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden und den Behörden
• Du übernimmst die strategische Entwicklung unserer Kundenbeziehungen und pflegst diese kontinuierlich
• Du verantwortest das Datenmanagement unserer Kunden indem du sie analysierst und aufbereitest, sodass sie als belastbare Basis für die Prüfstellen dienen
• Du begleitest unsere Kunden beim Software-Onboarding und unterstützt sie dabei, ihre Fördermittel- und Antragsprozesse nachhaltig zu digitalisieren
• Du setzt die Dokumentationspflichten digital und nachvollziehbar um und sorgst dadurch für höchste Qualitätsstandards
• Du erkennst Kundenbedürfnisse frühzeitig, berätst proaktiv und stellst sicher, dass unsere Kunden den maximalen Return on Invest aus der Zusammenarbeit mit uns ausschöpfen
• Du leitest das Kundenfeedback gezielt im Team weiter, sodass unsere Software kontinuierlich optimiert werden kann

Customer Success Manager

• Vollumfängliche Projektabwicklung von der Einreichung bis zur Auszahlung der Fördermittel
• Steuerung der gesamten Kommunikation mit Kunden und Behörden
