About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Invoice management: Individual calculation and preparation of fees in the context of grant funding
Accounts receivable management: Responsible for ongoing monitoring of incoming payments and following up on delayed payments
Hardware orders: Procurement, management, and distribution of IT equipment
Event and site coordination: Planning cross-site team events and supporting operational on-site matters
Travel management & expense reporting: Organizing business travel and handling subsequent expense claims

Requirements

What you’ll need

Commercial training, degree with a finance focus, or equivalent qualification
Relevant professional experience in finance and accounting
Ability to work in a structured and conscientious manner
High reliability and strong organizational skills
Independent and solution-oriented working style
Flexibility and ability to prioritize ad-hoc tasks
Business-fluent German; strong English skills are a plus
