About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Invoice management: Individual calculation and preparation of fees in the context of grant funding
- Accounts receivable management: Responsible for ongoing monitoring of incoming payments and following up on delayed payments
- Hardware orders: Procurement, management, and distribution of IT equipment
- Event and site coordination: Planning cross-site team events and supporting operational on-site matters
- Travel management & expense reporting: Organizing business travel and handling subsequent expense claims
Requirements
What you’ll need- Commercial training, degree with a finance focus, or equivalent qualification
- Relevant professional experience in finance and accounting
- Ability to work in a structured and conscientious manner
- High reliability and strong organizational skills
- Independent and solution-oriented working style
- Flexibility and ability to prioritize ad-hoc tasks
- Business-fluent German; strong English skills are a plus
