About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

End-to-end project execution and management of the entire process from submission to successful disbursement of funding.
Confident stakeholder manager and central interface between clients and public authorities.
Strategic development and ongoing maintenance of client relationships.
Customer data management through analysis and preparation for audit and verification bodies.
Support customers during software onboarding and assist with the sustainable digitalization of their funding and application processes.
Digital and transparent implementation of documentation obligations and ensuring the highest quality standards.
Early identification of customer needs and proactive advice to maximize return on investment (ROI).
Targeted channeling of customer feedback to continuously optimize the software.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in economics, business administration or a comparable field, with a strong commercial/business understanding.
Initial practical experience in project management or consulting.
Independent, structured, detail-oriented, and able to maintain an overview across multiple projects.
Self-motivated, responsible, and possessing a hands-on mentality.
Enjoy engaging in strategic client contact and demonstrate a confident, reliable and professional demeanor.
Excellent German communication skills (written and spoken); very good English skills are preferred.
Strong affinity for numbers, processes and digital solutions.
