About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify potential target customers and develop tailored strategies for initial outreach
- Establish initial contact via phone calls, professional networks, or trade shows
- Coordinate appointments between prospects and Sales Managers to ensure a smooth handover
- Analyze current market trends and industry developments to support our growth
- Actively contribute to operations and business development topics as well as internal processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ideally, some prior practical experience in sales
- Enjoy interacting directly with customers
- Strong telephone communication skills
- Self-driven work style with a strong commitment to quality
- Confident and precise communication in German (good English skills are a plus)
- Ambition to develop expertise in our subject areas
- Enjoy working in a dynamic environment and proactively take on responsibility
- Proficient in MS Office applications
