Project Manager

• The Creative Account Project Manager will play an integral part in the overall success of our Creative team’s delivery and service to our clients, serving as the communications and coordinating hub between Creative Team members, other members of the Project Management team, and the client.
• This role will report directly to the Managing Director, Enterprise Operations & PMO, and will be supported by Power’s Project Management Office (PMO).
• This role will be an exceptional client-facing project manager, skilled at managing and delivering creative digital marketing deliverables and solutions from inception to completion.
• They will become part of a high-performing team that gets projects completed on time, on budget and with the highest standards of quality while working in a dynamic, fast-paced and forward thinking agency environment.
• Working closely with clients and account teams, this role will manage multiple concurrent accounts, projects and multi-disciplinary teams to meet our client’s strategic and tactical marketing objectives.
• As a key member of the account team, this role will be proactive, have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be confident in your ability to meticulously organize and keep your projects moving forward on-time without compromising quality.
• They will keep all stakeholders up to date with progress and overcoming all of the inevitable challenges along the way.

Creative Account Project Manager

• Manage multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional team members via web-based project management software (Asana)
• Lead internal and external status meetings effectively; capture, store and distribute meeting notes
• Evaluate new work requests, identify resources needed, assign individual responsibilities, and schedule action items
• Maintain currency of all deliverable trackers and ensure up-to-date status of all creative deliverables
• Provide regular updates and progress reports to internal teams and/or client stakeholders
• Communicate deliverable timelines to clients, and maintain close communication with the client on feedback timelines to ensure on-time delivery
• Coordinate with internal Creative Project Managers to ensure clear understanding of where all client deliverables are at in the process
• Own organization of provided client assets within Power’s organization structure
• Provide support with internal communications, triaging and filtering requests from Account Managers
• Provide support with final QA of creative assets to ensure client requirements are delivered upon for all deliverables
• Provide support to the creative team on RFP and appraisal requests
• Coordinate with other Project Managers within Power Digital as necessary to support multi-channel clients - providing updates on deliverable timelines, managing dependencies across teams, and ensuring clear alignment in all areas of client support.
• Conduct risk management and escalate internally within the account team to proactively mitigate issues
• Identify areas for improvement with internal and external processes along with possible solutions

Account Executive

• Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
• Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department
• Client-centric Communication: Establishes a strong relationship with client key decision makers by hosting monthly one-on-one check-ins to gauge sentiment, solicit feedback and share additional opportunities
• Marketing Strategy: Guides the account team with a comprehensive strategy across paid channels to meet or exceed client business objectives; Demonstrates proficiency in media planning, including the connection of a client’s product, audience and media.
• Product Innovation & Quality: Ensures paid advertising teams are consistent and accountable to QA processes, ensuring now revenue-impacting errors within your client portfolio.
• Client Performance & Results: Ensures that at least 75% of their client roster is hitting their goals/forecast targets within the partnership.
• Data-driven Insights: Leverages data and analytics to identify strategic opportunities; Translates learnings into clear and concise reporting with actionable next steps
• Measurement Frameworks: Uses overlapping datasets to find the truth and make better marketing decisions; Prioritizes business metrics to guide strategy, decisions and budgets; Leverages platform or attribution metrics to inform tactical daily optimizations; Uses incrementality to validate when needed
• Client Retention: Leads the contract renewal strategy by following the established client renewal process and timelines. Takes a proactive approach to the process, beginning at least 90 days in advance of the contract expiration date by preparing the presentation and proposal development alongside the Account Manager to extend client partnerships. Reviews and analyzes client contracts on a regular basis to ensure goals are on target
• Service Expansions: Works with the internal account team to identify additional strategies to improve performance and expand client partnerships. Always has 1 service expansion opportunity in mind per client per month to help them better achieve their goals.
• Client Portfolio: Manages a diverse set of clients totaling a minimum of $175K in monthly recurring revenue
• Team Coaching and Development: Leads by example and practices servant leadership; Delivers timely, specific feedback to paid advertising team members to up-level existing client services.
• Own the strategic coaching and development of Account Managers and strategists, ensuring teams can independently connect channel execution to client business outcomes and confidently lead client conversations
• Elevate client-facing excellence across accounts, coaching teams on storytelling, executive presence, and emotional intelligence to deliver clear, polished recommendations

Media Account Director

Product Designer

• Execute high-fidelity static designs in Figma, personally building out complex B2B assets including LinkedIn sponsored content, programmatic banners, and multi-page whitepapers.
• Build and apply comprehensive brand systems for enterprise clients within the first month, ensuring all colors, typography, and iconography are technically precise and approved.
• Translate strategist concepts into actionable, technical design files and storyboards, ensuring every static post is built for maximum brand consistency and platform specs.
• Perform exhaustive self-correction and peer design reviews on all deliverables to ensure they are 100% error-free.
• Actively use and master AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or Figma plugins) to accelerate the production of custom imagery and background assets for B2B content.
• Directly manage your own production calendar to ensure 100% on-time delivery for all campaign launches, maintaining a high velocity of output without sacrificing quality.
• Quickly pivot to re-design and correct creative based on client feedback same-day to create a cooperative relationship and partnership with the client. When needed, confidently walk through design rationale and revisions directly with clients in review meetings.
• Support ACD and Strategy Leads in client-facing creative reviews when needed, presenting visual decisions clearly and professionally while maintaining authority in execution.
• Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes.

Execution Design Lead

• Identify and connect with ICP-fit executives using thoughtful, human messaging aligned to each leader’s voice
• Send high-quality connection requests and direct messages that drive conversation—not spam
• Research and prioritize target accounts and decision-makers
• Build and nurture relationships over time through consistent, relevant touchpoints
• Collaborate with the podcast coordinator to identify and recruit senior leaders who are strong fits for our podcast
• Support pre-event outreach by inviting target accounts and key contacts to events
• Own weekly and monthly outreach KPIs, including Connection requests sent, Acceptance rates (target ~60%+), Response rates, Meetings, conversations, and podcast bookings influenced
• Own the integrity and organization of prospect and account data across systems

Business Development Representative

• Act on behalf of the CEO/Founder and Chief Growth Officer to manage LinkedIn presence and outbound communication
• Identify and connect with ICP‑fit executives using thoughtful, human messaging aligned to each leader’s voice
• Send high‑quality connection requests and direct messages that drive conversation—not spam
• Research and prioritize target accounts and decision‑makers
• Build and nurture relationships over time through consistent, relevant touchpoints
• Decide when LinkedIn vs. email is the best channel, and adapt based on response performance
• Collaborate with the podcast coordinator to identify and recruit senior leaders who are strong fits for our podcast
• Conduct outreach, follow‑ups, and coordination to help fill and maintain a full podcast calendar
• Support pre‑event outreach by inviting target accounts and key contacts to events
• Coordinate and manage gifting strategies before events to drive attendance and reciprocity
• Own weekly and monthly outreach KPIs, including:
