Account Executive

• Own the West London territory and build a consistent pipeline of restaurant and hospitality prospects
• Generate new business through outbound prospecting, walk-ins, networking, and industry events
• Run a full sales cycle: discovery, tailored demos, proposals, and closing deals without heavy oversight
• Consistently hit or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Develop relationships with decision-makers across target accounts: owners, operators, and GMs
• Accurately forecast pipeline and maintain CRM hygiene in Salesforce
• Partner with Client Success to ensure a seamless handoff and onboarding experience post-sale

Sales Operations Manager

• Design and execute a structured 30/60/90-day onboarding program for all GTM hires (AEs, RSLs, Growth/Strategic AEs)
• Build role-specific certification tracks that get reps selling fast and selling well
• Measure ramp velocity and time-to-productivity; iterate based on results
• Ensure new hires have a strong first 90 days — not just completion certificates, but real quota contribution
• Build and maintain the full sales playbook: talk tracks, discovery frameworks, objection handling, competitive positioning, demo guidance
• Partner with Marketing and Product to keep content current as the product and market evolve
• Create and manage a single source of truth for all sales collateral in Salesforce and Salesloft
• Develop and deploy an AI-powered enablement motion — this is a core requirement, not a nice-to-have
• Identify, pilot, and roll out AI tools that accelerate onboarding, coaching, and rep performance
• Train the GTM team on how to use AI in their daily workflow (prospecting, research, outreach, objection handling)
• Build a structured coaching program in partnership with Sales Managers
• Use call data and rep performance metrics to identify skill gaps and address them systematically

Head of Sales Enablement

People Operations

• Support quarterly review processes and development programs for high-potential team members.
• Partner with leaders to coach under performers and support performance improvement efforts.
• Contribute to talent initiatives that add measurable value to the organization.
• Ensure both our Atlanta-based and remote workforce feel engaged and supported.
• Manage onboarding, off-boarding, role changes, and employee records throughout the full team member lifecycle.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee data within HRIS and integrated systems.
• Maintain and update employee policies, procedures, and handbook content.
• Manage People Operations compliance reporting, audits, and documentation.
• Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions regarding benefits, policies, leave, and People Ops processes.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on routine employee relations matters and build out supporting processes and systems.
• Support investigations, documentation, and resolution of employee concerns as needed.
• Assist with accommodation and leave administration in partnership with external vendors and legal guidance.
