• Immediately audit and remediate data quality issues across Salesforce (accounts, contacts, opportunities, activities)
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to identify critical data gaps impacting pipeline visibility and forecasting.
• Partner with Enterprise Technology and Data Governance teams to build scalable processes for ongoing data hygiene (automation, monitoring, alerting)

Onboarding Specialist

• Lead customers through a structured, fast-paced onboarding program focused on time to value while ensuring key milestones are met.
• Facilitate kickoff calls, enablement sessions, and launch discussions to support platform adoption.
• Guide customers on core platform setup, including license distribution, permissions, and engagement strategies.
• Deliver enablement sessions for Admins, Managers, & Learners providing training on platform functionality.
• Assist customers in crafting and implementing a launch plan to drive initial engagement.
• Track onboarding progress, ensure customer participation, and adjust guidance based on customer needs.
• Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams to align efforts during onboarding and ensure a smooth customer transition post-onboarding.

• Own and evolve the onboarding strategy for our Enterprise and Commercial segments, ensuring every customer realizes value as quickly as possible
• Drive operational excellence through expert resource planning, capacity modeling, and service delivery optimization
• You’ll be accountable for end-to-end performance, from customer satisfaction (CSAT) and time-to-value to service line profitability
• Partner with Product and Go-To-Market teams to provide 'boots-on-the-ground' insights that shape our future product roadmap and service offerings
