About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the end-to-end experience of how users get access to Pluralsight — login, signup, SSO, and automated provisioning across authentication methods and enterprise identity systems, including emerging methods like AI agent-based access.
- Identify and eliminate friction in the login and access experience for both individual learners and enterprise admins, with a focus on activation and retention impact.
- Partner with engineering on provisioning and deprovisioning workflows, and with Sales and Customer Success on how identity requirements factor into enterprise deals and renewals.
- Identify and prioritize net-new solution package opportunities based on market demand, competitive landscape, and Pluralsight's content strengths.
- Partner with GTM, Customer Success, and Analytics to track and lead the business outcomes tied to your product line — including ARR contribution, churn drivers within your product area, and the pipeline of initiatives to improve it.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Requires a minimum of 4 years of related or equivalent experience; or 3+ years with an advanced degree
- Experience as a Product Manager for SaaS or software products
- Experience working with cross-functional Agile teams comprised of Engineers and Product Designers
- Proven experience working with ambiguity and being able to build strategic direction and roadmap
