• Operates and maintains SIEM tools and components, such as log aggregators, forwarders, and data observability systems
• Tests, implements, and tunes new on-premises and cloud-based technical environments that support infrastructure visibility, analysis, automation, and secure data retention
• Develops content that enables cybersecurity personnel to take maximum advantage of existing tool capabilities, including workflows, integrations, and automated tasks

• Formulate plans and recommend effective strategies to the customer to meet cost, schedule, and deliverable objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the delivery of high-risk, complex projects, directly affecting the PSI strategy to meet technology and business requirements on-time and within budget.
• Deliver quality project documentation (briefings, documents, plans, reports, etc.) to the government customer and corporate office in support of the overall project.
• Prepare and deliver regular, effective communications to ensure that project leaders, and senior leadership are adequately apprised of project statuses, successes, risks and issues.
• Define and manage a diverse project team, to include subcontractor partners.

• Support PSI’s Legal Department across government contracting, employment law, and corporate transactions.
• Work closely with attorneys and cross-functional teams (contracts, HR, finance, operations, and business development).
• Work on GAO and agency-level protests, request for equitable adjustments and CDA claims, conduct legal research and issue-spotting related to FAR/DFARS, agency supplements, and SBA regulations.
• Gain understanding and familiarity with state procurements, including uniform best practices and compliance requirements for individual states.
• Assist with proposal support from a legal perspective (e.g., OCI considerations, past performance documentation, representations/certifications, bid protest awareness support as directed).
• Draft position statements in response to EEOC complaints and conduct research on workplace and HR topics (e.g., hiring practices, “revolving door” restrictions, disciplinary actions, ADA leave/accommodation framework, wage/hour basics, contractor vs. employee considerations).
• Assist with updates to policies, templates, and training materials (handbook provisions, acknowledgments, confidentiality/IP assignment agreements).
• Support preparation of documentation and summaries for employee relations matters under attorney supervision.
• Assist with drafting/review of commercial contracts (vendor agreements, SaaS/software licenses, statements of work, purchase orders).

• Support assessment events by establishing local networks and integrating COTS solutions for testing with those networks
• Support white cell operations with internet, satellite communications, handheld radio communications, and other IT equipment
• Troubleshoot COTS systems and assist UMC and other assessment personnel in operating the same
• Operate as part of a team by gaining and maintaining an understanding of an upcoming exercise
• Arrange personal travel plans in accordance with Joint Travel Regulations to support assessment events
