• Pipeline Management & Operational Discipline: Proactively manage and follow up with prospects to maximise your lead-to-signup ratio.

• Team Collaboration & Advocacy: Actively contribute to the team—sharing insights and identifying improvements in the sales process.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to flag blockers in the market, especially around product or payment adoption, and help the company adapt quickly.

• Respond to incoming calls, live chats, and emails from Phorest clients.

• Lead campaign strategy for the UKI region, using market and customer insight to define what we run and why.
• Brief and guide global teams on execution, ensuring strong alignment on messaging, targeting, and goals.
• Own campaign performance and outcomes, working closely with channel teams who execute.
• Coordinate timelines and stakeholders to ensure campaigns land effectively and hit commercial targets agreed with the Head of Marketing.
• Use AI tools to move faster and improve delivery.
• Partner with global demand generation and customer marketing teams to deliver regional campaigns across channels.
• Make customer proof central to every campaign, using real stories and outcomes to drive conversion.

Data Analyst

• Partner with Product Managers and teams to define success metrics, instrument features, and measure the impact of product changes and releases.
• Build and maintain Looker dashboards and explores that surface product usage, engagement, retention, and funnel metrics to stakeholders across the business.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on user behaviour, feature adoption, and churn signals to surface actionable insights that inform product roadmap decisions.
• Define and maintain a product metrics framework, ensuring consistency in how KPIs are measured and reported across teams.
• Support A/B testing and experimentation, helping teams design experiments, interpret results, and make statistically sound decisions.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure the right events and data points are captured, pipelines are reliable, and the data model supports product analytics needs.

Onboarding Specialist

• Own a portfolio of onboarding salons each month (typically up to ~20), managing them through the full onboarding journey from kickoff to go-live.
• Help salon owners quickly understand and realise the value of Phorest — from core setup to advanced features.
• Design and deliver onboarding plans tailored to each business, including education through Phorest Academy, instructor-led training, and strategic guidance.
• Drive strong product adoption across key features such as PhorestPay, Online Store, and Online Reputation.
• Partner closely with the Sales team to ensure a smooth transition from purchase to launch.
• Lead “Graduation” conversations with salon owners, showcasing the impact Phorest is already delivering before they transition to our Grow team.

• Protect Our Cloud & Infrastructure - Configure, maintain, and optimise security tooling across our AWS environment. Lead threat monitoring, improve alert quality, and proactively identify gaps in our security coverage.
