Account Executive – DACH
Phorest SoftwareSales Account Executive responsible for the complete sales process of Phorest's salon management software. Engaging closely with clients in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland to achieve their business goals.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently manage the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification to contract closing
- Conduct product demos to demonstrate the value of our software to prospective customers
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure an optimal customer experience
- Use CRM systems to document and analyze the sales pipeline
- Continuously monitor the market to identify new opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have a proven track record as a Sales Account Executive and bring 3 years of B2B sales experience
- Ideally with experience in the SaaS sector
- Experience working with hair, beauty, or spa businesses
- Demonstrable success in sales, particularly in winning new customers
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex solutions clearly
- Self-driven, target-oriented work style with high motivation to meet objectives
- Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus
- Native-level German and strong English skills (at least B2), as our company language is English
