Network Operations

• Evaluate network capabilities: Assess Personify Health network capabilities and define clear feasibility guidelines to support client commitments, sales opportunities, and solution design.
• Lead network integration design: Design the end-to-end plan, member, and client experience as it relates to carrier and network integration, including Domestic Tier & Hospital Design structure and configuration logic.
• Serve as RFP network expert: Act as primary point of contact for all network-related RFP inputs, feasibility assessments, and design questions during sales processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional operations: Liaison between Account Management, Implementations, Data Operations, and external carrier/network partners to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
• Build tracking and accountability systems: Design and maintain tracking systems (consolidated Jira dashboards or automated summaries) to monitor all outstanding requests with networks, carriers, and payors across the enterprise.
• Conduct performance reviews: Lead weekly/monthly reconciliations and performance check-ins with each network/carrier/payor, managing backlogs and monitoring SLA adherence.
• Remove operational barriers: Intervene with networks to resolve aged issues, realign expectations when workflows fall behind, and connect disparate contacts within single networks to streamline communication.
• Manage escalations and SLAs: Support Account Managers and Implementation Managers in preparing escalations to brokers, clients, or carrier leadership while defining and maintaining SLA frameworks for implementations, renewals, and issue resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement: Refine processes, relationships, and workflows to continually improve network partnership efficiency and outcomes.

Network Operations Liaison

Vice President

• Define and own the enterprise engagement strategy and operating model across the Wellbeing platform
• Establish a scalable, repeatable approach to member activation, sustained participation, re-engagement, and long-term behavior change
• Align engagement strategy with clinical, product, and business priorities
• Own enrollment, engagement, utilization, and outcome performance with direct accountability to defined KPIs

• Design comprehensive solutions: Develop end-to-end solution architecture for health plans administered through TPA platform, keeping end user experience top of mind throughout design process.
• Assess current operations: Map and evaluate current-state systems, tools, data flows, and operational processes across TPA organization to identify fragmentation, gaps, redundancies, and streamlining opportunities.
• Create future-state vision: Design integrated architecture that unifies workflows across claims, eligibility, billing, reporting, customer service, platform, and product teams for optimal efficiency.
• Enable operational teams: Ensure operational teams including member services, billing, and claims have resources and knowledge needed to support solutions after go-live.

• Lead strategic team development: Build and develop high-performing team with diverse roles managing client migrations in partnership with Account Management, Strategic Development, TPA Operations, and Enterprise Project Management office.
• Provide executive oversight: Direct all client implementation projects ensuring on-time delivery within scope and aligned with client expectations while serving as escalation point for critical issues.
• Define migration strategies: Establish implementation strategies for simultaneous claims platform and digital experience migrations while partnering with cross-functional leaders in technology, operations, and client services.
• Drive accountability and results: Set priorities, allocate resources, and ensure accountability for individual client project delivery while monitoring performance against key success metrics.

Vice President, Client Migrations

Account Executive

• Drive revenue growth: Own reliable revenue and expansion targets, supporting all aspects of complex renewals and expansion sales efforts including Salesforce pipeline management, RFP proposals, negotiations, and contract oversight.
• Build executive relationships: Establish rapport and credibility with account stakeholders at all organizational levels through consistent executive presence, depth of domain knowledge, and diligent preparation.
• Provide strategic consultation: Proactively identify and understand client objectives, challenges, and leadership priorities while uncovering barriers and developing actionable, client-specific strategic plans.
• Deliver thought leadership: Develop and deliver presentations including business reviews, executive reporting, strategic planning, product capability overviews, and research presentations that derive insights from data.

Strategic Account Executive – TPA

Sales Development Rep

• Qualify all incoming consultant & broker inquiries generated through web and marketing campaign leads
• Use lead sourcing directives on target geographic markets and contact roles (outlined by the consultant & broker relations team) to influence lead sourcing
• Source new consultant/broker leads through - online research leveraging multi-modal broker prospecting tools, LinkedIn and more
• Successfully set up strategic alignment meetings for the consultant & broker relations team (via email) so that the team can conduct discovery, assess fit and determine next steps for consultant and broker contacts
• Strategic sales capabilities that include a high comfort level communicating with defined consultant & broker contact roles within a consulting/brokerage firm, balanced with tactical skills for a fast-paced, high volume lead follow-up and qualification environment
• You will also have a primary responsibility to educate leads/contacts regarding: Personify Health’s value and key positioning pillars; solution differentiation from market alternatives
• Prospect into target consulting/brokerage firms to find new contacts and revenue opportunities
• Develop and articulate high-impact messaging that resonates with consultants and brokers, captures a value prop, and embodies Personify Health's values

SDR – Broker Relations

Sales

• Work directly with broker/consultant advisors and their employer prospects to initiate, manage and close sales of Personify Health self-funded solutions.
• Develop strategic territory plans to maximize new sales revenue in assigned geographic market segments; identify customer targets, formulate, and execute sales plan for successful stakeholder engagement to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Create and cultivate authentic and productive relationships with current and future business partners both internal and external, including brokers and consultants.
• Provide meaningful insights and leading indicators of revenue growth and risk to leadership and internal stakeholders; maintain accurate pipeline data, forecasts and reporting for your assigned territory as directed by Commercial Leadership.
• Passionately educate and advocate on behalf of the Personify Health model, and its documented track record of exceptional cost savings, care quality, member and client satisfaction.
• Work with Account Management for optimal customer implementations; maintain contact with customers after implementation to ensure positive customer experience.

Regional Sales Director – Midwest

Data Engineer

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using AWS, Airflow, and other technologies to ingest and transform healthcare and TPA data, including claims, provider, and eligibility sources.
• Develop and operate resilient data architectures and workflows (Airflow, CloudWatch, ECS, DAGs) with strong CI/CD, observability, and governance.
• Build data applications and processes using Python, SQL, and Django; manage and query data in PostgreSQL, Oracle, and cloud-native databases.
• Examine, extract, cleanse, and load data while implementing quality assurance rules and tools to ensure consistent and accurate data.
• Work with healthcare-specific data processes such as EDI file transfers, claims adjudication, audits, eligibility verification, and reporting workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Analysts, Data Scientists, Product, Reporting, Account Management) to define requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
