This position will also live at the intersection of OpenLoop’s Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives focusing on our continuous onboarding optimization efforts. You’ll play a critical role in shaping and refining the digital experiences that guide providers, clients, and patients through their first interactions with our platform. From designing and testing funnels to deploying highly usable, conversion-friendly workflows, your work will directly influence how quickly and effectively new users are onboarded and engaged. As part of a growing health tech startup, you’ll collaborate with clinicians, engineers, and product managers to ensure that every touchpoint — from sign-up to system navigation — is seamless, accessible, and impactful, setting the standard for onboarding experiences in the digital healthcare space. • Create 25+ pieces of creative per week, primarily for Meta ads, Snap, Pinterest, and YouTube.
• Create video ads (promotional and UGC) and image ads for advertising programs.
• Leverage AI to expedite creative production and iteration.
• Dive deep into the data with our performance marketing team to analyze results and adjust the creative focus accordingly.
• Conduct research into specific user personas to find the root of what motivates and drives them.
