About the role
- Lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments, from intake with hiring managers to offer negotiations and closing candidates
- Partner with department heads and senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and shape talent acquisition strategies that align with business goals
- Source and engage passive talent through creative, proactive outreach; build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
- Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers on interview best practices, market trends, and compensation benchmarking
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments, ensuring alignment with role requirements, organizational culture, and long-term potential
- Champion the candidate experience by ensuring transparent, timely, and respectful communication throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate on job description development, ensuring clarity, inclusivity, and market competitiveness
- Partner with HR/People Operations on recruiting operations, reporting, and continuous process improvements
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 4–6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships with senior leaders and advise on hiring decisions
- Strong sourcing skills using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting tools
- Track record of successfully closing candidates and hitting hiring targets while maintaining a high candidate experience
- Experience improving recruiting processes or implementing best practices at scale
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, able to juggle multiple priorities
- Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented; thrives in dynamic, evolving environments
