About the role
- Manage a team of TPMs, providing coaching, performance feedback, and career development.
- Own staffing, prioritization, and resource alignment across multiple concurrent client implementations.
- Partner with cross-functional leads (Sales, Product, Clinical, Support) to remove blockers and ensure delivery quality.
- Drive consistency in process adoption, KPI tracking, and team-wide communications.
- Act as the escalation point for complex technical or client-facing challenges.
- Contribute to process improvements, best practices, and scalable systems that raise the bar for program delivery.
- Own and directly lead client implementations as needed, stepping in to support high-priority or complex programs.
- Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and collaboration within the TPM team.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 4-6+ years in program management, with direct experience leading implementations or high-performing cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to coach and develop individuals, with prior mentorship or team leadership experience.
- Comfortable balancing team leadership with hands-on problem solving.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Highly organized, with a knack for creating clarity in fast-paced or ambiguous environments.
- Proficiency with project management and reporting tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet).
