About the role

  • Enable brands to push the limits of sports marketing through expertise, ingenuity and agility.
  • Lead key client relationships and ensure every program delivers measurable business growth.
  • Act as strategic advisor and day-to-day leader combining commercial acumen and sports marketing expertise.
  • Translate business objectives into strategies and actionable programs that accelerate client performance.
  • Ensure programs are anchored in KPIs and insights, turning data into actionable growth opportunities.
  • Drive account profitability by delivering efficient, on-time, on-budget programs.
  • Inspire and lead teams, mentor and develop team members, and create collaborative high-performance environments.
  • Contribute to agency growth by identifying organic expansion opportunities and supporting new business wins.
  • Represent the agency as a senior voice in sports marketing and champion efficiency and excellence across accounts.

Requirements

  • 8+ years’ experience in sports marketing, sponsorship, brand partnerships, or related fields.
  • Prior experience in Formula 1 will be an advantage.
  • Proven track record of leading major client accounts and delivering measurable business impact.
  • Strong understanding of the global sports ecosystem, including rights holders, sponsorship models, and fan engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to influence and build trust at senior levels.
  • Commercially minded, with experience managing budgets, scopes, and profitability.
  • A natural leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and inspires teams to deliver their best work.
  • Creative & passionate about sponsorship, brand experience and hospitality delivery.
  • Adept at delivering projects to, at times, tight & challenging deadlines.
  • Ability to problem-solve independently and in groups.
  • Interest in trends, learning new skills and developing creative ideas.
  • Willingness to work flexible work hours, including weekends, while planning for and balancing with deserved time away.
