• Lead the junior strategy team while partnering closely with Creative, Growth, and Client Services
• Shape and deliver strategy across three core areas: Growth Strategy, Portfolio Strategy, and Project Strategy
• Turn insight and intelligence into compelling narrative, experiences, and activations
• Mentor and develop planners, analysts, and researchers
• Build strong relationships with senior clients, influence decision-making, and ensure strategic outputs
